I am under no obligation to purchase property through Blue Haze. However, I give my authorisation to Blue Haze to contact me via emails, letters, text message or phone to alert me when property opportunities arise.
I understand all information sent to me by Blue Haze is private and confidential and should not be discussed with any third party unrelated to the agreement between Blue Haze and myself.
I understand that any reservation fee required by the vendor is non refundable.I understand that unless otherwise stated, there will be an arrangement fee payable to Blue Haze prior to exchange of contract. This fee will be clearly stated in the RESERVATION FORM I have to fill and sign should I wish to reserve a property. Once contracts have been exchanged, this fee will be non-refundable.
I understand that the exchange of contract has to take place no later that 28 days from receipt of contract from my solicitors unless otherwise stated by the vendor. Failure to do so could result in the vendor withdrawing my plot and my reservation fee being lost.
Under no circumstances should I contact a developer or its agent regarding developments I have been offered by Blue Haze.
Should I purchase a property - initially offered to me by Blue Haze - directly through the developer or its agent, I understand that I automatically become liable to pay Blue Haze an introduction fee of 3% of the retail price of the property.

All purchase prices are correct at time of going to press but may be affected without notice by the vendor.
