• I am under no obligation to purchase property through Blue Haze. However, I give my authorisation to Blue Haze to contact me via emails, letters, text message or phone to alert me when property opportunities arise.

• I understand all information sent to me by Blue Haze is private and confidential and should not be discussed with any third party unrelated to the agreement between Blue Haze and myself.

• I understand that any reservation fee required by the vendor is non refundable.I understand that unless otherwise stated, there will be an arrangement fee payable to Blue Haze prior to exchange of contract. This fee will be clearly stated in the RESERVATION FORM I have to fill and sign should I wish to reserve a property. Once contracts have been exchanged, this fee will be non-refundable.

• I understand that the exchange of contract has to take place no later that 28 days from receipt of contract from my solicitors unless otherwise stated by the vendor. Failure to do so could result in the vendor withdrawing my plot and my reservation fee being lost.

• Under no circumstances should I contact a developer or its agent regarding developments I have been offered by Blue Haze.

• Should I purchase a property - initially offered to me by Blue Haze - directly through the developer or its agent, I understand that I automatically become liable to pay Blue Haze an introduction fee of 3% of the retail price of the property.

• I understand that the details contained in any information provided to me are for guidance only. Any photographs, floor plans, sizes and specifications are subject to changes and only give general indication of the property.

• All purchase prices are correct at time of going to press but may be affected without notice by the vendor.

• Due diligence must be carried out by each individual purchaser. We also recommend you seek the advice of a qualified financial advisor before making any decisions.

• Blue Haze reserves the right to terminate the relationship between the client and Blue Haze at any time.

• The developer has the right to terminate the sale at any time before exchange of contracts.

• I am aware that purchasing a property carries some measure of risk. I have the responsibility to maintain the mortgage payments.

• I am aware that the property may be repossessed, if I do not keep up with your repayment or any other loans secured on it.

• I understand that the Blue Haze role in this transaction is to act as facilitator and introducer only.
